We have Users who are concerned about privacy, due to the nature of our industry. As such, their willingness to share data about themselves might vary, depending on their company’s rules.
We’d like to have Profile Fields set as Required but allow the user to select if they are okay having it as a Public or Private field. This way, we can collect the information and have it, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be displayed on their profiles if they’d rather keep it private.
Thanks for your idea! I can definitely see the value in this. I will leave the idea open for now to gather votes, and we’ll take it into consideration!
