Hi!

I have the privilege to be a Global CSM at Gainsight.

In a gathering with fellow Gainsters, we realized there isn't much out there from Gainsight to all the amazing CSMs who use our product every day, so we've set out to change that!
Welcome to a place where CSMs come together to share, learn, and celebrate success.

    So excited to see a space for CSMs by CSMs like this! I’m a Senior Enterprise CSM at Gainsight and am excited to share ideas, answer questions and have mine answered and level up as CSMs as a whole!

    Hi all! I just stumbled upon this while checking in on a feature request! 😀 I’m a CSM at Relias, and am particularly interested in automations and integrations. I love working with customers and am always looking for ways to simplify the documentation process so I can do what I do best—listen and be a helpful strategy partner. Anyone in LA? Would love to join a lcoal user group if that’s a thing.
