Ability to use more Audience filters in Knowledge Center

Currently we can only use User, Account, Global Context, and Device rules in the audience for a knowledge center bot. As we are looking at localizing our content for global markets this is a bit deal. We need to be able to target users based upon their Account Location (country). 

Simply using the User Language field is not adequate because you may have a user with their language set to en-US even though their account was sold in our Northern Europe market, so they should get the KBOT for Northern Europe (defined by countries) and not the North American KBOT.

@JayS  - What happens if a KC bot and engagements are localized? Would the KC bot and engagements automatically show in the correct language based on the browser locale?

Hi ​@mmarques,

Unfortunately, our global go-to-market teams have different requirements for what they need their users to see, so we have separate KC bots for North America and Global.

I appreciate your response and partnership in brainstorming!

@JayS As this is based on account location, can your team set the account location?

I see that for account, there are fields for Country, Country Code, and Region. I cannot select those account fields in the KC bot, but we don’t set those fields; I can select even custom fields that we set for account.

If your team uses the identify call to set similar values on individual users, you can select those fields for the user in the KC bot.
