We recently enabled the Gong Meeting Assist AI feature. The data is fantastic. I was looking at the Timeline object and noticed that the Sentiment (Green Positive text in the screenshot) is not a field in the object. It would be fantastic if it was, then we could use the Rule Engine to create a CTA automatically for any Negative Sentiments that come in.

An example would be; a PM has a call with a customer that is part of the Digital Teams account purview, if I could create a CTA off that Sentiment and assign it to the Digital Team, then we could see it faster and act on it.

A way to make the sentiment reportable- this is a MUST HAVE!

Chiming in with agreement and another vote.

I had a slightly awkward moment with my CS team, who spotted the sentiment front-and-center when we activated Meeting Assist, and then was somewhat aghast that I couldn’t build reports, CTAs, etc. on it. It’s right on the edge of frustrating to have that visible to end users (with no options to hide) and yet not have it in the data model in a reportable format for our end users.

This is a MUST have feature. Can you please share any updates on this request? There are so many useful usecases arising out if it - that the customers can leverage. But this limitation is a blocker for that at the moment.
