When filtering a Call to Action report for a Reporting Categories, only the Call to Action reporting categories should be displayed. Currently, all Reporting categories for all objects appear, meaning there is more than 1 Open and it is unclear which to use. The proposed work-around is to run a report on reporting categories, filtered for call to actions and copy the GSID for a specific reporting category to the Call to Action report filter. This defeats the purpose of having reporting categories and is not a viable solution for end users who might want to add a filter to a report on a dashboard and do not have access / knowledge for how to find and use the GSID.
