Please add the ability to filter by measure in Report with Row Grouping

Hi Team,

It would be very helpful if we had the ability to filter on the count of field when using the Row Grouping option.

An example business use case for this would be if an Admin was trying to report on duplicate Users in a report by adding the filter of “External ID > 1” and being able to drill down to see all of the data for these records like you can in a Row Grouped Report. 

The problem with using the standard Group By option is you lose the ability to see the actual data to parse through the duplicates.
