It would be tremendously impactful if admins were able to perform an Action in Horizon Rules Engine that allows us to load to any Success Plan field across all types where that field exists, rather than having to limit actions that revise custom fields based on the Type selection.
Current use case:
We need to load the “Estimated Duration” and “Actual Duration” fields to Gainsight Success Plans for use in reporting & also to help our end users (Onboarding Managers) keep track of their bandwidth. These are both calculations between two dates. Because we don’t have the ability to create formula fields on the Success Plan object (related idea here), we need to create a rule to load the calculations to the SP object fields. These fields are needed on 9 different SP types. Because of Gainsight’s current limitations with loading to SP fields agnostic of type, I need to create 9 separate actions in my rule to load to each type.
Here you can see that when I added the type, my custom group & fields are available.

But here, you can see the options for information I can load to agnostic of “Type” - and none of my custom fields are available. Ideally, on this screen, you could pick the Company identifier and the type would be optional. If no type is selected, then Gainsight should load to all SP types that have that field visible on the template.

I don’t know if any other admins have run into this but it has been driving me nuts for the past two months. Please let me know if anyone has found a workaround or other solution here, aside from just using DD and building a custom object. Thank you!!!
