If none of the emails match person records in Gainsight, the user is prompted to search for the correct Company/Relationship. This search does not allow characters like quotes for an exact match or asterisks for a wildcard. There are also a limited number of results available to select from and sometimes the correct record cannot be found. In a recent example, Campaign records were in the search of the gmail extension, but when the same characters are searched in the Gainsight application itself, none of these records appeared. Please update the gmail add-on search to mirror the search in the Gainsight c/r360 search so users can associate emails to the correct Timeline.
