One aspect the CE platform lacks is the ability to get learner feedback in the moment of learning.
We are currently using a 3rd party tool to solicit simple feedback from learners about our Academy courses. We capture open text feedback and a star rating (Kirkpatrick L1) and we add the star rating to the course cards so other learners can see. There’s a fair few manual steps involved in doing this, and when our course catalogue scales, this will become too hard to manage.
Suggestion is to add a Lesson type that captures a course rating and a text string. This allows learners to provide their reactive feedback and admins can use this to improve content. Completion of the survey could be used as a milestone for course completion (a good motivator to provide feedback).
To make this easier, this could even be enabled for all courses at the admin level.
