From one of our GS Power Users today:

“This one keeps catching me out and seems like such a simple UX enhancement.
When using the Outlook add-in if you want to log an email against a client record but it's internal (and therefore the list of addresses doesn't reference the client) the search for a client needs you to click on the search icon (magnifying glass) rather than just click in the field and start typing.  Not a huge thing but nearly every time I use it I forget and click the main box, it does nothing and I remember I have to click the search icon before I can put in the customer’s name”.
