Currently when a user submits feedback from the Knowledge Bot, the email body contains the

  • #requester
  • Type of issue
  • summary
  • Description
  • User email
  • User id
  • Account
  • Account id

Having the ability to customize what other fields to pull from the identify call and other sources would be fantastic. For instance, we would like to be able to see the user’s browser and browser version as well as the product they are coming from and their User Role. Other things that could be useful would be phone, timezone, and various custom attributes.
