User Story: As an end user, I want to see the help text based on the current score for a measure for manual AND automatic measures so that it’s easier to quickly see what that grade means and is more consistent with my experience across automatic and manual measure types.

Currently, you can configure help text for each measure for each scorecard, to give a very brief description of that score “bucket” (see step 6). This is all well and good, but it ONLY shows up for manual measures when the score is being selected. This is has obvious merit, but I don’t understand why it doesn’t show anywhere else.

For example, on a mass edit scorecard, when I mouseover the score and I see this

I would expect the Help Text to show up here. It does not. Yes, the last comment info does appear but that might have more detail or used for other things. It also doesn’t always make sense to write the same comment every time, when all you want is just a static label.

Ask: Please help us make understanding scores and scorecards more user friendly by putting that Help Text in front of users in more places.

This. At this point, it feels like we would need to be able to put in linked help text that directs users to an internal knowledge (Confluence, etc.) page that has actual helpful information. (⬅ this paragraph is 191 characters)
