Issue Summary: Gainsight is supposed to be the source of truth for customer interactions and it's powerful enough to be a primary workspace too! So the Gainsight Assist function embedded in Outlook is quite useful. There is some confusion about where the emails land when you log them to the timeline, and even some concern that they're not going to be able to be found again if needed. It'd be a nifty idea to be able to click directly from Gainsight Assist into the timeline entry that was logged so that we can either pivot to working in Gainsight from that record or at least confirm where it landed.
Request Description: Using Gainsight Assist from Outlook, please make the timeline location that the email is logged to a hyperlink instead of just a name. Often, customer accounts have multiple programs that may apply and, as a CSM, I'd like direct access to where the emails are being logged.
New Idea
