Hello Community!

I’m you friendly Gainsight Support Agent, submitting this Idea on behalf of a customer:

“On [a C360 report section], we enabled the option to add a record which our end users use to add records if needed.

The report is based on [an object] which has a field called Details which is a rich text area field.

When we try to add a record the add record page opens up, but it gives a very little space to the rich text field (Details) which is causing a lot of inconvenience as the information that needs to be fed here is usually huge.

In other scenarios like CTA details or on Success plan we can adjust the spacing for the fields which makes it easier while this is causing a lot of issue.

We would like to edit it to make it larger or request a way to let us decide how much space should the add record page layout take as we can do this in other assets.”

Currently, the UI used for the QBR Activities report in C360 mirrors the one in MDA Management and has fixed dimensions for Rich Text Area fields.

Having a lesser space to enter data into a Rich text area field is a bad user experience. I hope this can be fixed as it is already available on CTA and Success Plan creation page where we can adjust the size or location for fields.

Even that is not possible, just having a larger editable space for Rich text area fields makes more sense.
