Our Media Library in CE is messy and will continue to be messy. I have to track my media in a separate spreadsheet so I know where to go to replace individual files as our software changes. It would be nice to have folders in the Media Library to sort content. We are using our CE for both customer-facing training and internal-product training. So all content is spread across multiple audiences. I am worried that something that should not be customer-facing could be used easily and causes a security risk for our internal teams.
It would be nice to be able to sort content into folders and even share permission levels by folder. I could create a folder that could be Internal-Only content and then there could be a Customer-Facing content folder. We could also have a SHARED content folder where some content may overlap.
