In Activity Sync from Gainsight to Salesforce configuration and in Salesforce Timeline integration job, we have few standard fields set by default which can not be edited.
Currently in Activity Sync, External Attendees is mapped to Name field ( Name of the Attendees) and in SFDC integration job, Name ID is mapped to External Attendees.
The External Attendees field should be configurable/editable in both the sync configurations, so that customers can map it to the required Task field as per their use case.
e.g. One of our customer wants it to map to Salesforce Customer Contact Name.
