If I use Sally in Slack and type in the word “great,” I get the error: “you do not have the permission to perform this action. Contact your Gainsight Admin for further assistance.” This is due to the system taking the word “great” as gratitude and not initiating a search for companies with the name “great” in it. Keep in mind, this only affects “great.” “greater” and “greatest” do not have this issue.
I know this is expected behavior, but for the user, this can be a little inconvenient. Can we do something about this?
