Add Call and other activity types to Customer Journey

Hi,

 

Is there any plan to add other timeline activity types such as ‘Call’ and other activity types to the Customer Journey widget feature? It would help to feature all the activity that the CSM is driving with their accounts in one view on the C360 summary page.

 

This would be a great addition to the Customer Journey feature and will hopefully be added to the roadmap for future initiatives. Thank you in advance.
