Problem:
The current G360 view is good, but it doesn’t allow me to add and/or edit other data. For teams like mine (CS Ops) user adoption data is an important KPI to track, but I am having to extract the data and put it into Excel in the format I need manually which is time consuming.
Potential solutions for my purposes:
- Would be great if the current view of the reporting could have additional columns/data on it when downloaded such as a the user breakdown by red/amber/green.
- Or it would be so great if there was an object that contained the G360 data so we could use it for our own user adoption tracking in the way we need it.
