Cheat Sheet Parity for criteria for qualified timeline entries between R360 & C360

At least I’m aware before flicking the switch on cheat sheet… 

Probably because cheat sheet looks at the timeline entry context to determine which entries to consider, and that CTA timeline entries’ context is neither company or relationship, it’s CTA and they possibly associated CTA to the company. With that said, there’s another layer of context stored somewhere because a Relationship CTA timeline entry shows the ® and the (CTA) bubbles in timeline…

Context which by the way, we can’t set to CTA via API but only manually in creating a timeline on a CTA or on linking a timeline to a CTA manually…

This needs fixing beyond cheat sheet though. 

​@waynedilworth was it just the risk type that is excluded? Or did they mention others that were excluded? Curious to know if there are only certain explicitly included types for C/R360, or if Risk is explicitly excluded. Like, if you created a new CTA type and called it Risk 2.0 would Timeline entries on that be captured? Would they even be recognized as risks?

Thanks for pointing this out. We recognize that there is a gap with Timeline Activities for Risk CTAs not showing up in the R360 Cheat Sheet, and you're right to raise it. As rightly pointed out by ​@alizee, we were relying on the context of the entries to determine which ones to include, but unfortunately, the context for CTA timeline entries’ context is neither company or relationship, it’s CTA, which has led to these important updates being overlooked.

We understand the significance of this, and we appreciate your patience while we sort this out. We have prioritized this and team is actively working on the fix and it should be tentatively available by Q4. I will be able to comment on the concrete timeline by this week
