Use Case:
We send surveys for customers to opt into offers when they sign up with us. Based on geo/location, we offer different perks to customers. In the survey description, we explain their offer terms (duration, amounts, types, etc) which differ by Geo.
Problem: For every variation, we need to create a completely different survey. There is no way to put dynamic tokenized content into the description, only the survey question. We are expanding our use case to go from 4 different scenarios to 100+ so creating one survey per scenario isn’t scalable. Having the ability to put tokens from the company/relationship object, like an email, would be a huge help.
