+6With the current implementation, when an automated Milestone gets added, in the Activity, the Created By is shown as System Administrator.
When Company or Relationship Attributes are changed by Users and cause Milestone creation, it would be ideal to show the CSM who performed the change as Created by User rather than System Administrator.
+5It would be great to get some eyes on this one. One of our leaders just got (justifiably) confused with this because a milestone showed as a CSM being changed by “System Administrator,” even though it was changed manually be one of the CSM Managers. This is a notable gap.
Adding my comments here as well - to Spencer’s point, it’s not uncommon for books to change hands as CSMs come and go, and that can be managed by CS leaders rather than being automated often times. Being able to identify the users would be hugely advantageous so we know if it’s due to true system assignment automation vs Leadership, or even a case of a CSM making a change accidentally.
