A lot of times in Ops we are building for stakeholders that do not want or need full access to features within the platform but are required to review the deliverables before publishing. In a JO program this is easy enough to change the recipient of a test send.

But a survey that requires review (validating all logic paths) is not as easy. I have to build the email template, and the program (even if I’m nowhere near the phase of that project) in order to insert a survey and send a test just so they can review the survey. AND, the survey has to be active for this to work.

The survey preview generated from the survey editor has no navigation path back to the survey feature, why can’t this link be shared? Allowing for the preview link to function for any GS user would greatly improve the survey build process.

This seems like a big miss. We currently use Typeform for all surveys, and previews are easy. If we can’t preview surveys prior to including them in a program, Gainsight surveys seem like a non-starter.

I’d love to be able to take advantage of the saved partial responses on single question embedded surveys for use in program logic, but this seems like a major blocker.

Yes!!! We are currently struggling with that same gap. It generates so much unnecessary back-and-forth, it’s a waste of time. A shareable preview is a no-brainer
