The KC Bot that is enabled by Gainsight and visible by our Partner Users is causing issues. When using the Partner User feature you are unable to view your profile but on the KC Bot there is a Get Started Section which the first task takes you to the Profile page which then throws a 403 Error.
This is a terrible experience and is causing unnecessary issues, so either the KC Bot needs to be disabled for these users, or the Profile section needs to be made visible to them.
