Ability to search for a standard object field within GS search bar (e.g., Case #, Opportunity 😵 or ability to use a 3rd party search tool (e.g. Coveo) with GS. CSMs frequently reference case or opportunity numbers provided by the customer or an internal team. They have to search within Salesforce, otherwise navigate to C360 for the specific customer >> case tab >> search for case number.

Yes Denise. These are all good points. Ability to support more dimensions search is on Global Search's roadmap. In addition to having back infra to support this, there are two 2 directions that can be taken from UX point of view:
1. We give the ability to pre-select the dimension that user might want to search. Slack, Gmail provides this option by using search keywords like "in:".
2. We can provide a global search listing page like salesforce does. This full page search gives user options to explore search matches from all dimensions. This IMO is more scalable design, especially if searching 3rd party application is also crucial for our customers.
