Add an option for how to close tasks when you mark a CTA as closed from the main Cockpit screen
Internal GonG CSM debate led to this suggestion...It would be helpful when you mark a CTA as closed from the main Cockpit screen to have options for closing remaining tasks under the CTA as either complete or incomplete.
Example 1: I check the box on Cockpit and the default is to close the CTA as complete. Ideally I'd have a pop up that says do you want to close the remaining tasks as complete or incomplete since both use cases are valid. If I have 5 tasks under that CTA and I did 2 but don't need the remaining 3 tasks but I've accomplished the goal of the CTA, then I want those 3 remaining tasks as incomplete.
Example 2: I check the box on Cockpit and the default is to close the CTA as incomplete. In this scenario I'd want the same option to either designate the tasks as done but I didn't accomplish the goal OR that I've not done any of the tasks so mark them incomplete.
This is a similar approach to the question of whether when we change a CTA due date if we want the task due dates to change/cascade. Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't so having the option is great. Thanks!
