The Gainsight 360 helps me, as a Gainsight leader, understand if our usage habits are consistent with our business goals. Insights there also help me with interventions or additional enablement where I see users struggling.
Put another way, as a Gainsight leader, I’m running some of the very same motions that a CSM would take.

+2Same for US2. We had this in our previous org and find it highly disappointing to not have it in this org. We did not realize there would be a blaring gap when we were required to switch data centers.
