In Advanced Programs, you can add to a program ad hoc from the participant list without setting a schedule. This is super helpful for one offs or programs that we want to sync to review before setting a schedule. It would be helpful to still have this ability in simple programs

This has caused me some distress! Simple programs hardly never work for my use case because the inability to review and knock-off. Not because a segment or DD is well configured that we still want everyone in. There are sometimes unstructured and intangible exceptions.
