Link Survey in CTA with SFDC Lightning Link

We have this set and we are still directed to login via the same GS NXT direct login.

Is there another solution? I noticed the url does not have the lightning view - if I select this exact same survey link via GS "Surveys" in the C360 this is the URL I receive. Comparison below. How do we get the second URL to display?

Hello Andrea,

I pulled up the program that created the test CTA you showed in the screenshot. The one thing I noticed is the link is being tokenized from an MDA object. This is going to generate the direct Gainsight NXT link. 

The link you grab from the survey response page is going to be directly related to how you are accessing it when copying the link, which in this case would be logged in through SFDC. 

I gathered with my team to see if there is a way to update the way its tokenized to go through SFDC and there currently is not. I would suggest to post this on our community page as a possible feature enhancement request. Those can gain traction and the attention of our product enhancement team.
