Currently using the plugin enables the user to add the sent e-mail to the timeline of the specific customer account in Gainsight. This is not always helpful or making the information easy to find later on.

I received a request from an internal resource to enhance the plugin in order to have the sent e-mail pinned directly to a specific CTA? Ideally the user would be given all available CTAs on that account to chose from, directly in Outlook.

This product enhancement would really benefit those who are using Pooled CSM Model / CTA to handle customer engagements. Having to copy and paste emails to the specific CTA timeline of the customer “case” can be a bit overwhelming.
