24 hr format in Timeline Activity.

Currently we are supporting 12 AM/PM format and Customer looking to have 24 hr format in Activity timeline.Can we support.

    Hi @anirbandutta 

    Can we please consider this request and add it in our near term roadmap. Our CSM’s are also looking to change Gainsight's timeline settings to the 24-hour clock instead of the current 12-hour clock (AM/PM) format to make the life easier.

      +100 on this! The AM/PM set up is confusing (it just generally is even outside of Gainsight). 

      The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
