Allow multiple Summary sections to be added to c360

We would love to be able to add different summary sections within the 360, the attributes work great for some relaying of information, but the widget/box layout of the summary section is able to relay information in a different way and show it’s importance, it would also visually break up the 360 if we could combine both (along with the other widget options) which enables to include more information without the viewer being data-blinded.

It would also be great if we could choose whether to have the right hand box or not included, so we could just elect to have the 3 x 2 boxes (or 4 x 2 boxes in lieu of that space)

@HollySimmons Thanks for bringing this up! we have plans to revamp the C360 in the near term. Redirecting this to our product team for more visibility.

We are working on a much more flexible Summary section based off of lay-outing(similar to Horizon Dashboards experience) @HollySimmons . This would enable admins to include much more information on the Summary.

Hope this would address your need

I know this is an old post, but I want to say that this idea is still valid. The revamped C360 is nice, but you still can’t add two Summary sections.

Our use case is the following: Our regular C360 Summary is rich with lots of fields and reports but is not really appropriate to share with customers. If we were able to create a second Summary section, it would perfectly solve our CSM team’s needs because we could include exactly the reports and attributes that would be appropriate to share with customers. It would be by far the best solution for our needs because Dashboards and GS Home can’t display individual attributes unless you put it in a related list, which would look silly.

Love this idea - the Summary section and its configuration capabilities has a way of presenting account details way better than an attributes section can. Plus, it’s prettier to the eye and is much more customizable.

This is an amazing idea -- internal and external summary pages!

+1 to this idea, we should be able to create summary sections as needed.

@Dheepak G  - Hi there! Wanted to be sure you saw this thread. This is what we talked about yesterday and it looks like several others need to serve up the data the way Summary pages are designed.

For us, we can think of multiple use cases. We would like to create new “Summary” pages to summarize all data related to Client Engagements or Attributes or Risk of Loss or NPS (more detail than is provided on the canned NPS page.)
