As we begin to have more and more clients utilize the SFDC Timeline Activity Sync, it would be great to be able to customize the Default Filter on the Global and Company Timeline view. The setup currently allows individual users to create custom views, but the ability to create custom views at the global level by GS Admins would help users quickly filter down to key segments of activities.
For example, we have a client with a Calendly integration that creates tasks in SF Timeline for each meeting that then sync to Gainsight. To be able to have a default template view that filters these out would be beneficial (and it would be easier than trying to communicate to each individual user on how to create a custom filter to handle this.)
It is understood that these tasks could be filtered out in the SFDC Timeline Sync as well, the client still wants these tasks captured in GS, but wants to be able to easily filter them out when needed.
