PX has some great features for driving adoption: in-product engagement, usage analytics, in-app surveys, and more. Is it possible to use PX to drive CSM and Viewer license adoption?

When driving CS user adoption, it would be incredibly helpful if Gainsight provided an in-app experience for engaging and driving end-user adoption. You know the benefits of PX better than I and it seems like this would be incredibly helpful for driving Nxt adoption.

Currently we are not considering PX as a lightweight option for CS to drive adoption. We will revisit this based on your post and upvotes.

Adding a +1 to Jean’s thread ☝

Although  Admin > General > Gainsight 360 provides great high-level metrics on user adoption of Gainsight, some more granular data on page views/events, non-weekly snapshot data (e.g. by day) and potentially even sequential/session data (similar to PX, Pendo, etc.) would be hugely helpful for driving internal adoption. Having more usage data, even in raw form would help us pinpoint potential adoption gaps, but equally importantly, habitual and ‘power usage’ behaviors to help us understand where users are getting the most value from the platform (which can inform process design, etc.)

With large teams where it isn’t feasible to talk to all/most of our users often, having more robust usage data could help us uncover user needs to then dive into with our users. Otherwise, there is definitely value lost where users aren’t reaping the benefits of GS, and the administration side has no way of knowing.
