360 in Sidebar - Add Company Status

I understand that space is limited and there are some companies with long names, but status is such a critical piece of information that it seems like an oversight that it's not included in the C360 in Sidebar.

There is some valuable real estate available that could be used to add the Status

Edit: I didn’t know that Status wasn’t a mandatory field. So, as stated in the comments, please consider this as an admin-enabled option. Thanks,

We don’t currently leverage Status, so this should be considered an optional configuration that admins should be able to make.

As an update to my above comment…

This seems like yet another #HorizonUI #productparity #usablewhitespace issue!

Issues like this can be seen across Horizon features throughout the product (here’s one of the MANY related posts below). What was the logic for truncating important information in favor of leaving unnecessary whitespace?

We’re not currently utilizing the “Status” notification. What steps would I need to take to leverage this feature?

So sorry @wor_csops, I missed your question!

If you haven’t solved it yet, can you explain what you are looking for? I’m not sure I understand what you mean by the status notification. Status is a Standard Company field, and you can either sync it from any other system that is your SOT (eg: Salesforce), or update it using rules, for example.

The Status is an OOTB field; it’s not something that you can choose to add or not. So if you are not seeing it in C360, it means the value is null.
You can do the following to test: go to Data Management, select a Company, and update its Status. Go back to C360, refresh the page to reload, and with that, you should be able to see it in full C360.
