Posting this on behalf of a customer.
When we add “Reason” field to the list view fields by clicking on “+” (plus icon) , we see the picklist field displayed on views. This gives the feasibility to end users to customize the reason when it is required.

If a admin wants to add this field under administration section, it is not possible to do so. When we add the CTA → Reason → Name the field just shows the static name stored in this path and it loses the edit ability for end users and it is difficult for an admin to configure such views to all the users.

It would be great if we can add the ability for administrators to be able to add these type of fields configured under admin section.
