+5Mouseover help text encourages self-sufficient users, and self-sufficient users = happy admins. This may be personal preference, but I like the areas where you guys use an actual icon to visually que the user that help text is available vs unmarked mouseover help texts.

+3Hello, being able to personalize and enable help text would be hugely beneficial!
We are building out multiple Success Plan types currently and the users consistently give feedback that help text would make a huge difference.
Is this enhancement on the roadmap?

+3We definitely need this functionality ASAP… success plans have really low adoption and data integrity, and I believe this would help tremendously!
+6+1! Can never go wrong with help text as it helps provide direction to the end users 😁
Planning for help text in success plan admin redesign. For the users, they would see a “i” information icon next to the field title. It will appear for only those fields which have help text configured. Hovering on the “i” would display help text provided by the admin. Would this solve your use case ?

If you don’t want to make mistakes, don’t do anything. If you want to learn, ask questions and make mistakes, except in construction because they’re the most expensive part of building.
+10Bringing this back up again -- as soon as we started introducing Success Plans at Amplitude, the first question our Ops team had was “Can we add help text?”

A lot of the times I think about talking… in this way: zero-context, as in assume zero prior context. I keep waiting for folks to say “I know all that skip that part” and it has not happened once yet 🤔
