I am working with a very large organization that has a need to have more than 200 fields per object. The business has multiple business units that use Gainsight, however, we are unable to combine all units into one with the current field limit on objects. Specifically, we want to add more than 200 fields on the Relationship and Account objects. These objects are at their field limit so we are unable to expand our use of Gainsight to more business units.
Creating more objects is not an option as we need to have these fields directly on the Relationship and Account objects for reporting, rules, scorecards, and more.
