Smartsheet enables CSM’s to email their customers directly with shared project dashboards/files/etc. When these emails are sent on behalf of the CSM’s Gmail account, quotation marks are surrounding the recipient’s email address. This prevents the Chrome plugin from recognizing the recipient on the Company Person object and leaves email timeline entries in the draft status.
Would be a nice addition to have the feature be able to recognize these quotations and still be able to log these entries to the timeline!
