Hi Team,

The customer is looking to add the created date and closed date on the Success Plans View so that their CSM's can view it. Currently, we have only limited fields in the add columns section.

Can we add created date and closed date to the view?

Very surprised this is not a feature already. Cockpit has numerous flexible options for personalization, but Success Plans list view is quite limited. Why is this the case?

Can we have list view support adding additional fields from the Success Plan, Company, or Relationship to have parity to what is experienced in Cockpit?

Curious if Gainsight Product Team has commented on this thread yet. Not seeing anything from them here. Curious why?

Hi,

This is a part of our medium-term roadmap. We will be picking it up soon. I will keep this thread updated with the progress of the project.

Thanks,

Monica

No StatusAcknowledged

We create Success plans on the child company and need Parent company name to be viewed on the Success plan view.

It makes it very difficult to understand the Success plans created for a parent company on this view.

The ability to bring in custom Success Plan fields into the Success Plan view would be extremely helpful!

What does picking this up “soon” mean @mpatra? I am currently looking at building a custom low volume object just to enable the team to update success plans more easily across their account book (they could use inline editing there and then we’d sync the data back to the success plan). I really do not want to have to do that though!

What we need is all success plan fields available (and editable inline!) within the success plan view, the same way that we can do it in cockpit.

I’d also like to know about these items - the original post was a bit more limited in scope, but I don’t understand why there is no advanced setup for custom views for the Global Success Plan list view like there is for global Cockpit.

I would also like the ability, in any success plan view, to add more than just the paltry “standard” fields.

The list view itself is basically the only real meaningful “mass edit” tool for success plans users have, and it’s bad.

I do also want to point out, that when adding custom fields, making sure any filters are honored is absolutely critical:

Would love to have an update and some clarification @mpatra cc @revathimenon for visibility or tagging others as needed.
