Wouldn't it be awesome if open CTAs assigned to me could be sycned with a Trello board so that I can manage my CS tasks with the rest of the tasks that I manage within Trello.

 



Red areas are manual trello boards and yellow area is data populated from Gainsight Cockpit. 

Taking a step further would to be able to create CTAs in Gainsight directly from the Trello board by implementing a power up https://developers.trello.com/reference#power-ups-intro

Hi Sam, One question I have is why wouldn't you create manual CTAs for the Manual Tasks you are tracking in Trello?

Because as a Solutions Consultant a lot of these tasks are not customer centric.

We recommend creating a "customer" that is the name of the company for tracking internal tasks. So within GonG, we have a "customer" called Gainsight. You can track non-customer centric manual tasks there. 

I mean, Trello is nice and all, but let's get everyone using Gainsight whenever there is overlap! 🙂
