Should I or should I not ask for this…
We’ve just launched relationships successfully to handle our customer relationships at the “product line” layer.
Now, we’ve obviously got the few odd customers that don’t fit in any box and for whom we have what follows:
- Two customer entities when we look at the contract / legal entities
- One team using the licenses from the two contracts
So, in some instances, we should be able to associate ONE relationship to TWO company records, (a bit like how we can associate a person to two companies) because effectively, there’s sometimes just one customer success relationship for two contracts.

Customer Child 1 Contract 1 | Customer Child 2 Contract 2 |
Relationship Users of Contract 1 and Contract 2 License |
(we do have customers who purchase things in such ways where they split licenses but mutualize the resources handling the product)
That’s probably going to sound weird but please - that would be superb.
(I’ve got a pretty clear idea for the workaround… but I’d like it to be a proper feature).
