Currently the Zendesk Gainsight App pulls fields from the C360 Summary page.
However there are widgets available in the new C360 design that we want to show on the Summary page in the C360, that we don’t want to show in Zendesk (example: Customer Journey, Health Score, Open CTAs, Last 5 Timeline Entries, etc.). These widgets once added to the Summary page show in the Zendesk Gainsight App. The problem is our support team needs to see other fields instead of those widgets. I would like to be able to pick and choose from an object, or the C360, which fields to show.
