Hey team!

My CX Manager asked me about some auto reply functionality for emails we send via Gainsight, like renewal reminders.

The idea would be to have this "no reply" with an automatic message forwarding customers to our help center / support ticket.

At first I didn't find anything here.

Does anyone know of any workarounds?

I believe it would be a great feature for the product team to think about rs :)
