Remove Milestones from Timeline

Hi team,

A customer has a request to hide the milestones from timeline activities in the C360 page. From an admin perspective they'd like the option to be able to hide these from timeline -- either as a setting in milestones OR as the option to customize the default setting.

We have an option to disable “Milestone” activity type, but it would result in milestones no longer being created.

And we can filter them out, as we can see in the below screenshot, but this allows creating a new milestone.

Can we consider an option to hide all the milestone type timeline activities and also stop them from creating new ones.

Since the user does not want to see milestones in Timeline, can a filter view that excludes milestone activity type not be helpful?

We would also like to be able to disable Milestones as an option in the dropdown when creating a new activity.

We want to have the Milestones for reporting, and because they are the only type that can be shown on the Customer Journey widget in C360, but only want them to be created by the system.
