PX admins can assign role-based access, but otherwise, have little to no insight into PX user activity to measure PX adoption and better understand how our internal users are utilizing the PX application. It would be very helpful to surface the PX usage data, similar to what we have in Gainsight 360 via Gainsight CS, as this is currently a blind spot.
Understanding where our PX users are spending their time and having insight into their activities helps PX admins to manage PX access and licensing, better assist with PX user needs, and measure PX adoption.
