Our CS leadership team are extremely excited about the new C360 view, particularly the Customer Journey widget that shows the Customer Journey milestones timeline.
Unfortunately, they are less thrilled by the date range on the roadmap, since it looks so far back that the Onboarding milestones all end up stacked in one or two months.
It would be great if the widget could do some or all of the following:
- Make it configurable to specify a start and/or end date to show less range with no activity.
- Have the option to show the roadmap broken down by week milestones instead of months being the default, and only option.
- Provide a ‘zoom’ tool to expand the view on a window of time where multiple milestones fall into the same month.
