The primary use case that I am attempting to solve is to facilitate automated email assist CTAs and prevent the user from having to navigate back and forth between 360 pages and the cockpit in order to complete desired actions.
If we could configure a report builder report to be embedded within the CTA’s ‘linked object’ style sections this would allow for the user to flip to a section to review core contacts associated to the CTA’s account. Identify the proper recipients for the email assist task, which would help in the email assist validate email step when searching for contacts. With our scaled accounts, it is not reasonable to have users remember all the key contacts on their accounts.
This functionality could also work for many other use cases as we can attach a report that can be viewed directly within the cockpit. IE: usage trend changes, flip to embedded report to quickly review rather than navigating to a new C360 or R360 each time. Keeping the user in the cockpit view.
