Relationship Names truncated while logging emails to Timeline(BCC to timeline)

We've noticed that our TAM's having tough time logging emails to timeline due to below issues:

1. No way to identify whether the Relationship is active/inactive.
2. Name of the Relationships are truncated and it's hard to choose the right one.

When we try to log an email to timeline via BCC feature it's been a tough situation for our users, as the system displays the truncated list of relationships. On top of this the list is included with the expired/inactive relationships as well.

With this, users are unable to identify which one to choose to log an entry.

 

It would be helpful if Admins are allowed to configure the lookup between the GS Assist Plugin and Gainsight. In NXT you are able to configure which fields show up in the in-app search and it can allow multiple fields to show up. Also, it would be nice if this company/relationship search config was added to Administration/Email Configuration/inbound email. 
 
Currently there is no way to configure what shows up in the GS Assist company/relationship lookup, so the GS Assist plugin simply pulls an unfiltered list of Companies or relationships.

 

We really look forward for this enhancement, as this is effecting our productivity of logging emails through GS assist plugin.

+1 on being able to filter to only show active relationships. We are HEAVY relationship users and this is becoming a big impediment for our teams to use Gainsight Assist effectively.
