1) GAINSIGHT NAVIGATION: Is there a way to control whether clicking on a specific link, by default, opens in a new tab vs. within the same window?
2) SUCCESS PLAN OBJECTIVES: Is there a way to assign additional CTA Types to Success Plan Objectives rather than just "Objective"? We have a requirement where we need to show different CTA Layouts within the Success Plan Objectives section.
3) SUCCESS PLAN GANTT CHART: The Gantt Chart in Success Plan currently uses the CTA/Task "Created Date" as the left bound. Are there plans to introduce a "Start Date" concept and use that as the left bound instead? The issue is that Success Plan Objectives are usually created ahead of time, but may not actually Start until later on.
4) REPORT PAGINATION: For custom reports in report builder, is there a way to control the number of rows that show up in a single pagination? For example, if the report has thousands of rows, can we make it show 100 rows per page instead of 20?

Item #1 - this is not currently customizable and was designed after receiving feedback from customers that this process was preferred. For example, when viewing a report or dashboard, you may want to click into a Customer 360, but not lose the view of the dashboard that you were working off of. Similar with Cockpit or other pages that report on data across multiple customers.
Item #3 - we introduced flexible start dates in our August 2018 release. See more details here.

For Item #4, currently, we only show a default 100 rows per page. There is no way to customize pagination of the table today. Can you provide any use cases where you might need this customization? (maybe 20 rows option)
